Change of Mind & Refund Policy

Please note there are no changes of mind or refunds once orders have been accepted and paid.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt of goods and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. So we can evaluate the issue and correct the problem as quickly as possible, please also send any photos regarding your issue with your order.

Any accidental damage or damage incurred after delivery is not covered by Creations by Julietta

In the event that your item has become damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours and retain the product in the same condition they were received including the original packaging. You may be required to bring your items into your local post office for damage assessment. A refund can not be processed until this has been done.
