How long will it take to process my order?
Current processing times vary by product, please refer to the individual product pages for correct timings. As your items are handmade typically most orders will require between 5-7 days before they are available for dispatch. Some products may require longer and this will be noted on the specific product page however we will endeavour to send out your items always as soon as possible. Please ensure to check this before ordering.
Please note processing time does not include the delivery timeframe, so please ensure to account for this when placing your order. If you have any queries before placing your order then do not hesitate to send through and email and we will be happy to help!
All items are shipped using Australia Post (Parcel Post or Express Post) or our partner carriers. Transit time may vary and is estimated between 2-6 business days, however postsge delays may occasionally occur. Express services are prioritised by Australia Post but they do not guarantee next day delivery. Please allow extra time for your delivery and refer to the Australia Post website for updated shipping times. If the item is substantially large we may choose to use a courier.
For International destinations, transit time can vary and is estimated to be approx 7-14 business days.
Customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. For guidance, please refer to your country’s customs website.
All shipments to the USA are an exception, as duties are paid in advance before leaving Australia.

Please ensure that all shipping details are correct. All order, dispatch confirmations and invoices are sent as automated emails to the email address provided in your order. If you are not receiving emails, please check your junk, spam or promotions folders first.
Do you offer rush order services?
Yes, whilst we try to get your orders out as soon as humanly possible sometimes we understand you may need your order quicker than anticipated.
Rush order services are available to increase prioritisation for the processing of your order. Rush order fees can vary depending on the size and work involved with your order.
Express postage is separate to this and allows Australia Post to prioritise your order for delivery. If your order is very urgent please ensure to include both with your order.
Please note not all products are suitable for rush orders and there are limited Rush Order spots available each week. Please enquire before ordering to check if a rush order service is suitable.

Can I pickup my order?
We are located in Frankston South (3199), Victoria and local pickup is welcomed. Once your order is available for collection you will be notified via email. Please arrange a suitable time and bring your order number with you on pickup.
The address on my order is incorrect, how can I change this?
All orders will be sent to the shipping address provided with your order only, and no change of address will be accepted. If you have made a mistake, then please email us directly within 24 hours as the original order will need to be cancelled and re-processed. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, then the buyer will need to pay for the return postage costs. No refunds will be allowed for postal returned orders.
